Chamber and doors are made of 316L stainless steel. Chamber is completely welded, which guarantees its airtightness and enables washing between cycles. The whole chamber is thermally insulated.

Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.

An alphanumeric printer prints all process data and variables.

When drying granulates with alcohol the equipment is built in compliance with all the necessary safety measures required to avoid an explosion. Equipment complies with the Ex Proof safety standard.

Electrical shielded resistors or heat exchangers heated by hot water or steam.

In order to dry the load efficiently, 100% of the air is removed outside sweeping along all moisture from the load, optimizing the process. On the other hand, removing 100% of the air from the chamber, prevents cross contamination among different products, complying with GMP.

Depending on the type of granulate to process, dryers may be fitted with HEPA filters both on the air inlet and outlet. They can also be provided with Bag In – Bag Out system in order to protect the operator when changing the filters.

Composed of loading trolleys and transfer trolleys to place and transfer trays.
