Entirely made of stainless steel 316L. The inner areas which come in contact with the product have sanitary finish. Fitted with heated inner shelves in order to efficiently transfer heat to the trays.

Folding doors with airtight seal with a silicone rubber gasket. Double-door equipment fitted with a safety system which prevents both doors from opening at the same time. Equipped with sight glass for inspection purposes.

Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.

An alphanumeric printer prints all process data and variables.

When drying granulates with alcohol the equipment is built in compliance with all the necessary safety measures required to avoid an explosion. Equipment complies with the Ex Proof safety standard.

Heating provided by means of steam coming from a central line or with its own built-in electrically heated steam generator. Fitted with a high vacuum system and internal heated shelves.

Sanitary trays made of 316L stainless steel sheet. Rounded corners and edges to avoid material build-up and facilitate cleaning.
