Entirely made of stainless steel 316L and calculated according to the Asme code. The inner areas which become in contact with steam have sanitary finish. The whole chamber is thermally insulated.

Vertical or horizontal airtight sliding doors with silicone gasket. Double-door sterilizers fitted with a safety system which prevents both doors from opening at the same time.

Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen. It has different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle. There are 7 programs with direct access icons for the most commonly used cycles.

In order to dose the ethylene oxide the equipment uses disposable aluminum capsules, which are ruptured once the safety conditions are met inside the chamber. Any ethylene oxide capsule may be used.

An alphanumeric printer prints all process data and variables, including alarms.

Composed of loading trolleys and transfer trolleys to place and transfer the products to be processed in the autoclave. The loading trolley is made of 316L stainless steel with side rails, for the trays where products are placed, height-adjustable.
