Vertical or horizontal airtight sliding doors with silicone gasket. Double-door sterilizers fitted with a safety system which prevents both doors from opening at the same time.

Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.

Designed to work with steam coming from a central line. If this is not a possibility, the equipment can be delivered with its own built-in electrically heated steam generator.

An alphanumeric printer prints all process data and variables.

Composed of loading trolleys and transfer trolleys to place and transfer the materials to be processed inside the autoclave. Every loading system is analyzed and designed based on the different kind of materials to be processed, this being a key element in the design of an autoclave.

When working with plain Ethylene Oxide the equipment will be built with all the necessary safety measures required to avoid an explosion. Equipment complies with the Ex Proof safety standard.

Scrubber. It neutralizes the Ethylene Oxide after degasification stage. 
Scales. Ethylene Oxide cross control and dosing system which allows for dosing of the gas for each cycle and control of excessive consumption or gas leak.
